We purchased a 1/10 Buggy from this company. It arrived on time but the pull cord broke immediately and after taking it to two local hobby shops, no one could get it started.

We returned it and they said they would get it working or send us a new one. They did send the same one back and the pull chord ripped off again and it was set to full throttle and would only go in reverse. After attempts to tune it did t work, we returned it again and they said they would give a full refund. That was a lie!

They took a restocking fee of almost $30 even though we returned it for being a faulty product.

When I asked why they punish the consumer for their *** product, they said there wasn't much they could do. I will tell everyone I know to stay far away from this company

I am very dissatified with nitro rcx Would never buy anything from them again. I had to return a starter box that I bought after they said that it would work for my Grandson's r/c truck well it didn't even come close to working.

After going through hours of trying to return it. I found that it would cost as much to return the item as it cost.

Notified Nitrorcx and they said that this their policy . It looks like I lost $50.00 Most companies will send you a return label but not NitroRCX I warn everyone not to do business with nitrorcx unless you want to get ripped off.

First i had to wait for product , which says fast shipping 3 weeks. Then used the truck for about 10 then it wouldn't work tey priceed to tell me its the ecm module that i had to figure out to replace which also took 2 weeks still didnt work because it was wrong part they said its updated part not true so then i proceed to send the item back and they tell me ill get full refund.

They get the item back and tell me nothing is wrong with it tjey just charged battery and now it mysteriously working fine. So basically there callng me a dumb *** i charged this thing for hours and still didnt work.

So when i had to call them they tell me they cant give me refund because it works tell me to email a MANAGER because hes never on site and still have yet to recive a response 3 weeks later DO NOT BUY FROM THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS WILL NEVER BUY FROM YHEM AREADY IN CONTACT WITH BBB TO GET THEM REPORTED WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER NO KNOWLEGE OF PRODUCT AND NO COMPASSION FOR BUYER.... SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT BUY WILL BE DISSATISFIED.....

My 6 year olde son got a MicroX Truck for Christmas. He ran it for about 30 minutes and the steering set (model 68P-24618) broke.

It is April and they still don't have the part. On the site it says the part is $2.00. I was able to find it for $20.00 at another site. Seems like a scam.

I have gone back and forth with their RC Discuss site and they have been no help. Now they are saying that they will "special order" it for me. I asked them how much and can only expect that their answer will be ridiculous. I would not recommend buying anything from these people.

Go to a local RC store and deal with human beings instead. You might pay a little more, but at least you might get some customer service.
